Digital Business Director - 3 Month Contract

Introduction
Our client is a leading UK media agency, part of a major network, with an outstanding reputation for award-winning work and a deeply collaborative culture. They are looking for a Digital Business Director to lead digital performance and development across one of their flagship retail accounts.
The Role
As Digital Business Director, you'll drive all digital performance activity and oversee digital innovation for a major high-street brand. You will set the performance agenda, provide thought leadership, and collaborate with media partners and central tech teams to deliver competitive and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities include:
Leading digital performance and development across a flagship retail account
Driving strategic media planning and performance innovation across Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Paid Social, and ATL performance channels
Partnering with media owners and internal stakeholders to develop out-of-the-box digital solutions
Managing and mentoring a high-performing core team (AD, AM, Executive)
Setting trading forecasts and defining the digital maturity roadmap
Delivering persuasive, insight-led proposals and client presentations
Holding strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal specialists
You - Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience in digital performance, ideally with a background in media agencies
Proven expertise across key performance channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic)
Familiarity with ATL performance channels such as OOH and Audio
Proficient in media planning tools (e.g. GA, Facebook Analytics, Keyword Planner, Google Trends)
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
Experience with e-commerce clients and the Google stack is a strong plus
