Having one or more of the following certifications is a plus:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate
Training in AI and Copilot tools, such as Copilot Studio and AI Builder with GPT-based features

Experience
Power Platform Proficiency – Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Project Delivery – Proven ability to manage and deliver full software development lifecycle projects
AI Integration – Experience embedding AI solutions into business applications using AI Builder and Copilot
Data-Driven Thinking – Strong background in data analysis and evidence-based decision-making
Agile Collaboration – Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams
Innovative Problem-Solving – Demonstrated skill in resolving complex issues with creative, scalable solutions
Growth Mindset – Ongoing commitment to learning and professional development
