This role will work on a major project in one of our core sectors that include Custodial, Healthcare, Life Science and Defence. /p br br Scroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect. br p /p br p strong Location /strong : Rushden, Northamptonshire. /p br p strong Hours /strong : Full Time, Permanent. /p br p /p br p strong What will you be responsible for? /strong /p br p As a Design Manager you'll be working within the Design team, supporting them on projects across a variety of different sectors including Commercial, Public Sector and Health. /p br p Your day to day will include: /p br ul li br /li li Management and delivery of design information in accordance with the agreed design programme and deliverable schedule. br /li li Design input at both preconstruction and construction stage of projects br /li li The production of design programmes, design scopes, design responsibility matrices, appointments, schedules. br /li li Attending/chair necessary meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders. br /li /ul br p /p br p strong What are we looking for? /strong /p br p This role of Design Manager is great for you if you have: /p br ul li br /li li Experience of delivering high value, complex design work from the main contractor perspective. br /li li Ability to organise, plan, programme and manage workloads. br /li li Experience of site/contract procedures would be an advantage br /li /ul br p We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
