Deputy Welding Supervisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading service provider to the global Oil & Gas and Energy industry. Join a dynamic team supporting high-profile clients through first-class fabrication, welding, material handling, and marine operations.

As Deputy Hotworks Superintendent, you’ll be part of the supervisory team overseeing hotworks operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating welding teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, supporting project requirements, and maintaining high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise hotworks personnel and activities safely and effectively

*

Manage consumables, equipment, and welding quality control

*

Support material handling, lifting operations, and marine services

*

Interpret technical drawings and contribute to planning and layout of works

*

Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with company and client standards

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in fabrication, welding, and supervising industrial operations

*

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

*

Ability to interpret technical documents and drawings

*

Flexible, committed, and eager to develop your skills

*

Advantageous: driving licence, forklift/MEWP licence, technical qualifications
