Qualified Social Worker Deputy Team Manager Community Mental Health Team Location: Greater Manchester Pay rate:  £36 per hour We are looking for experienced and passionate Social Work Deputy Team Manager  to join a dedicated Community Mental Health Team. You will be responsible for the day to day management of those cases for which you are the named worker.  Social Workers will intervene with legal and procedural authority to protect vulnerable people at risk of abuse or neglect; to help individuals, families and groups to sustain and develop their capacities for independent living and in complex situations to try to prevent or resolve conflict which may place individuals at risk. As part of this Community Mental Health Team, service have a passion for making a difference to our vulnerable adults. This role includes home working and time dedicated to working within the local authority.Working in accordance with social care legislation and local government requirements, informed by the values and principles of social care; you will be supporting in the delivery of person centred, safe and effective social care services.
