Are you an experienced social care professional with a strong sense of purpose and the confidence to lead? At CrossReach, we’re looking for a Deputy Manager to support the delivery of high-quality care across our residential, respite, and day services for older people.

The role As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the service. You’ll ensure high standards are maintained, support the professional development of the team, and take a lead on matters such as staff supervision, rota planning, medication management, and health and safety.
You’ll also play an active part in shaping the future of the service contributing to strategic planning, quality improvement and local service development. When needed, you’ll deputise fully for the Service Manager, providing confident leadership and continuity.
What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in social care, who brings both professionalism and compassion to their work. You’ll already hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services (or equivalent) and ideally be working towards or have completed SVQ Level 4 or a relevant management qualification.
