You’ll lead by example mentoring your team, coordinating shifts, and always championing dignity, choice, and resident well-being. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and colleagues to create truly person-centred experiences. strong What You’ll Need to Succeed /strong This is a hands-on role with a 50/50 split between clinical responsibilities and supernumerary time. You’ll be a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN, strong clinical knowledge, and ideally at least two years’ experience in a similar leadership role preferably within a larger care home.Most importantly, you’re a calm, confident leader who communicates clearly, supports your team with compassion, and truly believes in the power of high-quality care. strong How We’ll Support You /strong Rubislaw Park is part of Care Concern Group, a family-run care provider with over 100 homes across the UK.
