An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Café Deputy Manager to work at The Pavilion, Abbey Park. In this role you will be required to deliver a profitable high-quality catering and hospitality service within the café. In addition, you will support the Café Manager in the development of new products, offers and seasonal menus. You should possess as a minimum an NVQ level 1 in hospitality & catering and/or professional cooking or proven experience within a customer facing role. A passion for good customer service is essential as is excellent interpersonal skills. You will support training and motivating a team to ensure high level of standards are maintained, whilst monitoring costs and sales to maximise the return from the site.
