What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the clinical team to deliver person-centred care of the highest quality
• Supporting the Home Manager with compliance, audits, and care planning
• Building trusted relationships with residents, families, and professionals
• Coaching and mentoring nurses and carers to grow in their roles
• Ensuring dignity, independence, and wellbeing are always front and centre

What We're Looking For:

• Active NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
• Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting
• A strong communicator with a hands-on, motivational approach
• Passionate about delivering excellence in elderly care
• Able to work full-time, including occasional weekend coverage
