You’ll be responsible for a team of experienced AP’s and the wider Estates function.\nYou’ll be a mentoring people leader & a strong communicator that has a deep technical understanding – across M&E, HVAC, Water, BMS, Fire & Building Services.\nComfortable with cross-collaborating with various internal and external parties including Projects, Assets & Compliance & Commercial.\nThis is an exciting time of transformation and business growth.\nRole outline:\n * Reporting into the Head of Estates\n * Accountable for a approx. 8x AP’s / 80x engineers and 60+ subcontractors\n * Responsible for the development and success of the team.
