Dental Practice Manager – Full-Time (Shepperton)
📍 Location: Shepperton, Surrey
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week)

We are seeking a confident and motivated Dental Practice Manager to lead our friendly, fully staffed team in a well-established 2-surgery practice in Shepperton. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice

Provide leadership and support to clinical and front desk staff

Occasionally support front desk duties to maintain strong patient relationships

Manage staffing, rotas, stock, and performance
*
Drive a positive and patient-focused culture throughout the team
About You:

Previous dental experience (essential)
*
Management experience preferred, but not required – ideal for someone looking to step up
*
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
*
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
*
Confident working with dental software and systems
