Demolition Operative/ Labourers Needed!
MUST HAVE DEMOLITION EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE AN IPAF CARD!!!
Opportunity for Long Term Work
Working Hours - Mon - Fri (7:30 - 5/6pm)
Rate of Pay - £17.50 ph CIS
We're looking for Demolition Operatives/ Labourers to carry out demolition and general labouring duties on construction or deconstruction sites safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the demolition of structures including buildings, walls, and other construction elements
* Operate hand tools, power tools, and small plant equipment (subject to training and certification)
* Sort and remove debris, recyclable materials, and hazardous waste from site
* Carry out soft strip works (removal of non-structural elements such as fittings, ceilings, flooring etc.)
* Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure work is carried out safely and on schedule
* Load and unload building materials, equipment, and tools
* Erect and dismantle temporary structures such as fencing and scaffolding (if trained)
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Assist other trades and site personnel as required
* Adhere to company policies and site safety procedures at all times
* CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card (preferred)
* Awareness of Health & Safety practices on site
