Locum Debt Recovery Lawyer – up to £55 per hour Umbrella  – Midlands – 6 months +   Position:  Locum Debt Recovery Lawyer Organisation:  Midlands based Local Authority Duration:  6 months initial contract with the likelihood of extension thereafter Working Pattern:  Ideally full time however candidates with part time availability possessing relevant experience will also be considered Working Arrangement:  Predominantly Remote Working – attending court/office on occasion Hourly Rate:  £50-55 per hour Umbrella / can accommodate Outside IR35 Skill level:  Qualified Lawyer (Solicitors, Barristers and highly experienced CILEX professionals) The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a Local Authority with a strong working knowledge of Debt Recovery matters including Adult Social Care debts.  The role will involve a full caseload of recovery of residential and domiciliary care fees from those receiving care, some of whom may lack capacity, and from the estates of deceased customers.  Duties may include: •              Providing Debt Recovery advice as required and managing a full and varied case load of these types of Debt including high value Debts•     ...
