Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Data Migration Engineer to lead and execute end-to-end data migration projects for a major client. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in data migration across hybrid environments, with a proven ability to manage large-scale datasets while ensuring compliance, integrity, and performance. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and hands-on development using modern cloud and database technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full data migration lifecycle, including planning, mapping, extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and validation.
Design and execute data migration strategies for structured and unstructured data across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments.
Work closely with data architects, business analysts, and developers to understand business requirements and align migration processes.
