You will be working as a Data Manager across an Academy Trust that is a family of academies with a shared ethos, common values and collective goals. The school-to-school collaboration across this group is fantastic and from meeting all individual Principals and successfully placing staff within the Trust, I can say it’s one of the most supportive environments I have worked with.
The Trust has twelve schools: five secondary, one all through academy and six primary academies. The core strategic vision of the Trust is to develop a Multi Academy Trust of four self-sufficient geographical hubs: Solihull, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and the East Midlands. All schools will be located within one hours travelling distance from Solihull, so they can maximise the model of school-to-school partnerships.
As the data manager you are responsible for the organisation of assessment, reporting and tracking data to support all Trust leaders in raising standards of student performance. This includes the coordination of attainment data, administration of statutory data (e.g. Census), population of SEF’s / SIP’s / DIP’s, maintaining records of current students and the production of performance data.
You will be advising academy staff on Data protection and delivering all data analysis to key stakeholders within the trust. You are responsible for ensuring this is all in the correct format and provided within set deadlines. The role requires you to have exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail, with an ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
You will be based in Solihull. This is an exciting permanent opportunity where you will be making a difference to children that need it most. Providing accurate, analysed data that allows Trust leaders to make informed decisions to improve outcomes.
Salary: 29,269 – 31,364 Annual
