Join a global leader in premium printed packaging, supporting major brands in the food and beverage sector.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\nAs a key part of the production team, you’ll:\n\n * Set up and run automatic platen cutting machines (Bobst 142 and similar).\n\n * Operate according to job specs, maintaining high quality and efficiency.\n\n * Monitor machine performance, conduct basic maintenance, and ensure safety checks are completed daily.\n\n * Accurately complete production paperwork and ensure output meets both quantity and quality targets.\n\n * Report faults and assist in resolving production issues promptly.\n\n * Share your expertise, mentoring junior team members when needed.\n\n * Be open to learning new equipment as required.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\n * Proven experience with Bobst die cutters or similar automatic platen equipment.\n\n * Solid understanding of KPI-driven production environments (run rate, make-ready time, downtime, etc.).\n\n * Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.\n\n * A proactive, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.\n\...
