About the role:
Reporting to the Export Manager this role will be to provide a professional service to internal customers and to be responsible for all aspects of administrative tasks for export order management. You will ensure that the company service level targets are met and managing compliance (Export Documentation).
The Customer Supply Chain function is made up of 6 multilingual teams who support our commercial businesses across the EMEA region with making sure our products are delivered on time in full to our customers (retailers). The Export team specifically deal with order management for countries that are supplied through our distributor model. This role is in the Sub-Saharan Africa cluster, managing French-West Africa and South Africa based accounts.
