Job Description Customer Success Manager\n\nExperienced Account Manager / Customer Success Manager needed for a growing FMCG Field Marketing company.\n\nBased remotely you will manage and support new an existing clients, improving their ROI on their field marketing campaigns\n\nYou will\n\nAct as the main point of contact for a number of FMCG clients\nEnsuring all clients activities /issues are delivered/dealt with in a timely and efficient manner\nUse data and technology to report trends and key facts - how can the campaign be improved\nManage and fully maximise the client's budget and provide regular progress reports\nDeliver incremental business and opportunities in existing clients\nCompilation & communication of briefs & reporting in line with role\nLead relevant team meetings & leading by example with the commercial team whilst developing junior staff in line with company expectationsYour background:\n\nYou will be a CSM or Account Manager from field marketing, FMCG or instore marketing / advertising or similar.\n\nGreat client management skills with the ability to spot new opportunities\n\nExperience working with well-known retail brands\n\nYou can be based anywhere in the UK but need to travel to see clients on a regular basis, plus meetings in the Nottinghamshire office.
