Customer Success Manager
Experienced Account Manager / Customer Success Manager needed for a growing FMCG Field Marketing company.
Based remotely you will manage and support new an existing clients, improving their ROI on their field marketing campaigns
You will
Act as the main point of contact for a number of FMCG clients
Ensuring all clients activities /issues are delivered/dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
Use data and technology to report trends and key facts - how can the campaign be improved
Manage and fully maximise the client's budget and provide regular progress reports
Deliver incremental business and opportunities in existing clients
Compilation & communication of briefs & reporting in line with role
Lead relevant team meetings & leading by example with the commercial team whilst developing junior staff in line with company expectationsYour background:
You will be a CSM or Account Manager from field marketing, FMCG or instore marketing / advertising or similar.
Great client management skills with the ability to spot new opportunities
Experience working with well-known retail brands
You can be based anywhere in the UK but need to travel to see clients on a regular basis, plus meetings in the Nottinghamshire office. As such a full UK driving licence is essential. A majority of customers are M4 / M40 corridor area
