Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting for a proactive and detail-focused Customer Success Executive to join a fast-paced, growing production business based in Leicester. This is a full-time temporary opportunity for someone who enjoys working across customer service, operations, and fulfilment teams.

This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy problem-solving to ensure exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and track customer orders across all fulfilment stages

* Ensure order statuses are accurately maintained across internal systems and reports

* Manage support tickets end-to-end, ensuring timely resolution aligned with internal SLAs

* Liaise with production, fulfilment, and inventory teams to resolve issues such as delays or stock problems

* Communicate with customers regarding service risks and offer timely solutions (e.g., reprints, replacements, or alternatives)

* Maintain daily dashboards and internal reporting to flag aged, urgent, and completed orders

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure production priorities are aligned with customer expectations

* Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

* 1–2+ years’ experience in customer service, operations, fulfilment, or similar roles (preferably within e-commerce, logistics, or production)

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in resolving issues

* Able to manage multiple tasks while coordinating with various departments

* Comfortable using spreadsheets, helpdesk systems, and communication platforms

* Confident working both at a desk and on the production floor when required

Customer Success Executive
Location: Leicester , LE4(On-site only)
Salary: £25,500 – £30,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Contract: Temporary, Full-Time
