We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service Coordinator (International) to join our small, driven operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible forassist with the processing and administration of orders to deliver our products to our International businesses and international customers. The successful candidate will:
Be responsible for the export process of USN products to our international customers
Prepare export documents
Generate repeat sales by providing positive customer care.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction above and beyond what they expect.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
