What You’ll Be Doing:
* Responding promptly and professionally to a wide range of customer queries across various communication channels.
* Keeping customers updated when follow-ups are required or when arranging service engineer visits.
* Performing initial triage of connectivity issues and escalating or scheduling engineer support where necessary.
* Assisting potential customers in understanding the company’s products and packages.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
* Recommending relevant products and services that may enhance the customer experience.
