Key Responsibilities Include:
Communicating with customers via phone, email, and online platforms
Helping resolve queries, complaints, or order issues in a friendly and professional manner
Using internal systems or CRMs to track cases and follow up with customers
Working with internal teams (e.g. sales, logistics, or admin) to support customer satisfaction
Supporting general office or operational tasks as needed
