* Monday-Friday, 9-5,
* Office based in Bingham
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
The Role:
* Handle day-to-day incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and timely manner
* Manage and process purchase orders
* Monitor and respond to a busy shared inbox, prioritising queries and escalating where necessary
* Process returns, track deliveries and liaise with couriers
* Book out orders
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to bookings and orders
* Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
* Support general administrative tasks as required in a fast-paced office environment
The Candidate:
* Experience in an office based customer service role
* Experience processing orders, returns and tracking deliveries
* Strong IT skills
* Confident telephone manner
