Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic company based within the Watford area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established, family feel organisation. The position has become available due to an internal move, this opportunity would suit someone who is passionate about delivering a high level of customer service, with strong communication skills, an interest in DIY would be beneficial.

Please note - This is a fully office based role

Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:30pm
Salary - Up to £26k plus a monthly bonus and good benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, parking, pension and more

Some of the duties will include:

Working directly with the Customer Service Manager to provide a high level of customer service
Handling customer communication over the phone, via email and web chat
Helping the customer with queries through to resolution
Working closely with internal teams including the sales team, warehouse team and technical team
Liasing with suppliers on any product issues
Processing returns and repairs on any faulty products
Processing customer orders
Building strong relationships with customers and internal departments
Working well within a team as well as on own initiative
The suitable candidate:

Great communication skills on all levels
Previous experience within customer service
Must be local to the Watford area, and happy to be office based
Strong organisational skills
A good level of attention to detail
The ability to build good working relationships
A strong team player
