Description

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries.
  • Continuously improve customer service procedures, policies, and standards for the department and the company.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers.
  • Assist in the training of new customer service employees.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:
