Job DescriptionMy client is leading the way in the health and wellness sector by enhancing and cultivating brands, with a focus on CBD, and due to growth, they are looking to add a Customer Service Assistant to their London based team, however, you will only be required in the office one day a week!The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of CBD or a keen interest to learn as a lot of the queries you will deal with will be based around this! To excel in this role you will have:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalA proactive, forward way of thinking.1-2 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in a E-commerce customer service space.A proven ability in organisational skills and managing your own workload.This role has scope to be involved in the role out of customer service to the US market. Involvement in the decision making process for the best tools to use for CS and potential in the next 18-24 months to be part of building a CS team.Your day to day tasks will vary but you will:Provide exceptional customer service via various channels including phone and email.Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and shipping to ensure seamless customer experiences.My client is committed to adding value to their team and they will support you in your own growth, alongside the growth of their brand portfolio.
