The Role:
We are seeking a detail-orientated individual to join a vibrant team as a Customer Service Advisor. Located within the Oswestry area, your primary responsibilities will be to sort through return mail systems, collate and update customer/patient records, send appropriate documentation to the correct addresses and support with incoming calls. Additionally, you will handle various administration tasks to ensure smooth operation of our customer service department. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to gain valuable exposure within a leading service providers workplace.

The Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities -

Sort through return mail and update customer/patient records accurately and in a timely manner
Collate and verify customer information from multiple sources
Maintain GDPR standards throughout
Respond promptly and professionally to external inquiries via email, telephone and other communication channels.
Support customers with any inquiries and provide a comprehensive understanding of any products and services
