Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our established client in Motherwell on a permanent basis.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (hours may vary after training period)
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Contacting warm leads for sales opportunities
- Drive customer satisfaction to ensure customers' calls and queries are managed effectively and efficiently
- Assist our customers on choosing a range of products and services
- Take ownership of admin tasks whilst making recommendations for service improvements
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels.
- Experience in a customer service and sales environment
- The ability to engage well with customers
- Collaborative and works well as part of a great team
- Experience with Microsoft packages
