The Role
A leading waste management and recycling company seeks dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join its call centre team in Coventry. In this role, you will be our customers' first point of contact, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for upselling, and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.
Duties
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Assist customers with order bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
Handle complaints and professionally resolve issues.
Upsell additional products or services where appropriate.
