Customer Service Advisor- £25,000 - £30,000 - Sale – Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm Hybrid (WFH 3 days!)

We are on the look out for a Customer Service Advisor for an emerging Financial Services business in the Sale area of Trafford! If you are looking for a role that offers a fantastic work/life balance and you have experience in phone based Customer Service, then this could be an ideal opportunity for you. This position as a Customer Service Advisor will be 37.5 hours per week and also hybrid (3 days WFH)

The package for Customer Service Advisor:

The role of Customer Service Advisor:

* Handling inbound calls from customers and dealing with their enquiries

* Calling customers who have made an enquiry about the products on the website

* Providing accurate information and ensuring that FCA guidelines are adhered to at all times

* Ensuring a smooth customer service experience for all clients
