MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8AM to 5PM + 1 Saturday every 4 weeks
PAY RATE: £12.26 PER HOUR

Day to Day Duties
Taking calls in the call centre from our customers & logging on our own customer-based database.
Sending jobs out to engineers
Answering calls & queries from customers.
Ordering parts for engineers
Chase SLA jobs & parts
Logging claims & customer complaints process.
Essential Skills
A good knowledge of excel & word.
Reliability
Self-motivated
Able to work without supervision
Team player
Desirable Experience
Experience operating Counterbalance Trucks loading and unloading articulated vehicles
