Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales Advisor
Location: Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire
Type: Full-Time
Salary: up to 30k
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for helping customers? We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor / Internal Sales Advisor to join our client, who is a leading electrical components provider.
What you'll do:

Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
*
Provide accurate product information and support sales requests
*
Follow up on customer queries to ensure satisfaction and close opportunities
*
Work closely with internal teams to provide a seamless service
What we're looking for:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A customer-first attitude and the confidence to follow up by phone
*
Organised, reliable, and a good problem-solver
*
Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not essential. Full training will be provided
