We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a contact centre team in the Birmingham area.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:
9 - 5 / Monday - Friday
6 month contract

- Making outbound and receiving inbound phone calls by customers
- Gathering customer details to ensure all details are accurate and up to date
- Providing an efficient customer experience to all customers, providing resolutions to complaints
9 - 5 / Monday - Friday
6 month contract

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will have experience in:
- Communicating with customers over the phone
- Managing customer expectations whilst providing them with a professional service
- Social housing background (desirable)
