Are you passionate about helping others and building strong relationships?

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join or clients’ team in Rodley - LS13.

As a vital member of a customer service team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring your customers have a positive and satisfying experience.

What you'll do:

• Customer service via phone, email and chat


• Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns


• Investigate and resolve Customer complaints promptly


• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products

• Strong communication skills


• Working well as part of a team whilst using your own initiative


• Proficient at using a CRM system


• Enjoys working in a call centre environment
