Customer Service Advisor
Northampton (NN5)
Monday – Friday 1 weekend day every 2 weekends (day given back in the week)
Hourly rate - £12.21ph
Temporary ongoing with the potential to become permanent

Duties

Duties
- Inbound customer calls relating to queries around the delivery of their goods
- Speaking with delivery drivers, scheduling their next drop and or confirming arrival at a customers location
- Booking in deliveries with customers
- Writing emails to customers
- Updating and maintaining the database with address details, or updates on the query
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- MS Office - Word and Email
- Happy to be on the phone
