We have an exciting, ongoing temporary opportunity for this well-respected automotive company in Leeds. This fully office-based role will support a busy team within their Customer Services Team. The successful candidate will be available immediately and be able to commit to this ongoing opportunity within a friendly and hardworking team. Working 9-5.30 Monday-Friday, your day will be varied, and tasks will include;

Support the internal Account Executives, providing the highest level of service
Process customer orders
Co-ordinate the dispatch of orders
Manage and respond to customer queries
Manage returns
Issue credits and debits
Deal with all courier enquiries
Support on an ad hoc basis the wider team

This is a varied opportunity to work within a friendly and hardworking team, the successful candidate will be able to commit to this ongoing, temporary role, you will have;

Minimum of 2 years customer service/ administration experience
Excellent coordination and organizational skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
An enthusiastic team player
