Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to liaising with customers, handle customer inquiries via phone and email as well as updating and maintaining customer accounts and files.

Job Description
Undertake all sales office administrative functions and maintain effective communications with the sales team and customers
Preparing quotations
Raising production orders
Shipping and invoicing all orders, ensuring that the correct documentation is in place
Maintaining accurate and up to date paperwork and electronic files of all orders and deliveries including freight costs, ensuring each delivery can be traced back to the original order
Maintaining accurate and up to date paperwork and electronic files of all imports and exports
General reception and administration duties

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience using SAP
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and SAP
Previous experience working within a customer service / customer-facing position
Knowledge and understanding of import and export procedures, shipping and transport documentation
