The position
Act as the first point of contact
Administrative handling of the order process for incoming and outgoing goods
Proactively thinking along with the customer, ensuring an adequate and customer-oriented handling of complaints and solving any problems as quickly and effectively as possible
Independently perform various administrative activities
Checking and ensuring the follow-up of customs documents, invoices, etc.
Actively thinking about improvements in the process and service and implementing improvement actions
You ensure that your customer is and remains satisfied with the service provided
Salary £26k to £28k
Requirements
Due to this job being airfreight related, the candidate will need to go through a 5 years reference check and valid DBS
