What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the friendly face (and voice!) of their company, helping customers navigate their enquiries with ease and enthusiasm. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a cheerful attitude
Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate records
Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly
Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
Gathering customer feedback to enhance our services and products
Assisting in the development of customer service processes and proceduresWhat We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

A bright, positive attitude with a passion for customer service
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software
