Were looking for a Customer Onboarding Executive to join us at one of the UKs leading marketplaces for premium pre-owned kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. We combine beautiful interiors with a sustainability mission offering sellers and buyers a smarter, greener way to rehome luxury items.

This is no ordinary customer service role. Youll be the go-to guide for homeowners and business who want to sell through Rehome. From explaining how our service works, to offering initial valuations (well train you!), and walking them through every step of the process, youll make sure they feel confident, supported, and excited to sell sustainably.

You'll manage your own pipeline of leads and onboard sellers onto the platform, acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver. You'll also be on hand to support our e-commerce buyers with occasional queries, ensuring both sides of the marketplace feel fully looked after.

This is a full-time role, offering a salary of £28,000 per annum, plus a quarterly bonus.
