What youll do day to day Contacting customers by telephone inbound/outbound, and by email to review current finance agreements
Maintaining a high level of finance product knowledge
Focusing on achieving a high retention
Providing exceptional customer service that leads to customer loyalty and referrals
Maintaining good housekeeping standards, accurate customer records and orderly administration of your work
Support our One Customer journey by working alongside our Aftersales team, selling Service Plans and liaising for a great customer experience
Helpful skills and qualifications Dont worry about ticking off every single skill here - if you care about delivering great experiences as much as we do, we want to hear from you. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, demonstrating the ability to achieve targets and build relationships
Ability to deliver first-class customer service with energy and enthusiasm
A genuine interest in helping customers and contributing to the teams success
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, with excellent attention to detail
Exceptional listening and communication skills, focused on understanding customer needs
Must hold a valid UK driving licence
