Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Contact Advisor to join our client’s contact team and be the first point of contact for residents reaching out by phone, online, or in person.
Key Details:

  • Location: South East London
  • Contract Type: Temporary
  • Salary: £34,958 per annum
Role Overview:
  • Provide an excellent first-contact resolution service to residents
  • Accurately log repair requests and identify technical issues
  • Update customer records in real-time using internal systems
  • Handle queries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
  • Work collaboratively across departments to deliver resident-focused outcomes
