About the role

The Customer Access Adviser has a key role in ensuring that customer focused services are delivered. You will provide a range of services and information which results in well managed homes and neighbourhoods, ensuring a proficient and equitable service for everyone who comes into contact with JRHT in line with internal policy and external regulatory controls.
As main point of contact, youll co-ordinate specific aspects of the teams function for example, raising repair requests, handling queries in respect of repairs, housing and general tenancy matters, handling card or cheque payments, as well as carrying out the administrative functions related to those tasks.
About you
