Job Description

The Sous Chef will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. They will also support the Head Chef in delivering a motivated and safe environment for all kitchen staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a similar environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with HACCP and food safety regulations
