CRM Officer

A University in London is looking for a CRM Officer to join their marketing and student recruitment team on a full time basis. The CRM Officer will be a creative content writer producing engaging email communications for the University, whilst being a technically savvy CRM specialist using Dynamics 365 for campaign delivery, segmentation and user journey tracking.

Description
Create engaging email communications to be delivered to prospective students, applicants and offer holders.
Use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) for campaign delivery, segmentation and customer journey tracking.
Evaluating ongoing campaigns, drawing data from Dynamics 365 and managing large data sets in Excel.
Supporting the busy clearing period in August in order to maximise their student recruitment targets.
Working collaboratively with the Manager and wider team.
Profile
Excellent knowledge and demonstrable usage of CRM systems e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Hubspot or relative CRM.
