Investing in people, premises and processes, we deliver outstanding care in around 2,500 locations globally.  We are looking for a CRM Exec to support the delivery of an innovative customer engagement strategy aimed at achieving business objectives, including increasing client visit frequency and reducing customer churn within our subscription service. This is an opportunity to support the CRM Manager with the customer lifecycle strategy and optimisation plan. The role will involve building campaigns and automated programs in the day-to-day CRM and lifecycle journey. 30,000 - 35,000 a yearThe CRM Executive will have:* A proven track record in managing CRM campaigns and digital marketing projects.* Experience in building and executing multi-channel communication strategies.* A Strong background in customer segmentation and targeted marketing.* Experience with CRM tools and data platforms.* Experience in managing campaign schedules.* Skills in executing A/B testing for multi-channel campaigns.* Proficiency in using analytics tools.* A degree.
