You'll lead the CRM automation strategy and execution across the UK and Ireland - owning everything from campaign delivery and performance analysis to system optimisation and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Own and lead all CRM/email automation strategies and campaign execution.
Build automated workflows and personalised customer journeys.
Collaborate across marketing, sales, BI, and IT to align CRM development with business goals.
Provide training and support for internal users, ensuring best practices and system integrity.
Develop the CRM roadmap and manage integrations with various data sources.
Oversee campaign analysis and reporting, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
Support sales enablement through tailored content, webinar launches, and performance reporting.
Create and deliver high-impact content to engage prospects and position the company as a market leader.
