Job Title: CRM & Admin Support Assistant (Remote)

detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM & Admin Support Assistant to
manage customer relationship systems and provide general administrative

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain
and update CRM systems to ensure accurate customer and sales data
- Generate
reports, track leads, and monitor pipeline activity
- Provide
administrative support to sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Assist
in setting up campaigns and automating CRM workflows
- Handle
inbound queries and ensure timely follow-up actions
- Help
identify CRM improvements and support system training for new users
Requirements:
- Previous
experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong
administrative skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency
in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent
written and verbal communication
- Ability
to work independently in a remote setup
- Proactive,
adaptable, and keen to learn new systems
