Apply4U is hiring on behalf of their client for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM & Admin Support Assistant to manage customer relationship systems and provide general administrative support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone organised, analytical, and eager to grow within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate customer and sales data
  • Generate reports, track leads, and monitor pipeline activity
  • Provide administrative support to sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Assist in setting up campaigns and automating CRM workflows
  • Handle inbound queries and ensure timely follow-up actions
  • Help identify CRM improvements and support system training for new users

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn new systems
