Credit Controller at Clarity Travel
Clarity Travel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance department as a Credit Controller. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's credit and collections process.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the company's accounts receivable
Review and analyse customer credit applications
Assess creditworthiness and establish credit limits
Ensure timely collection of outstanding debts
Resolve customer billing issues and disputes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Prepare and distribute monthly statements and reports
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
Prior experience in credit control or a related field
Strong knowledge of credit and collections processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field (preferred)
